Par Level Tracker · Standalone

Counts that survive the person who knows them.

Crew grabs the tablet, taps in a PIN, runs the list. Anything under par flags as they count, and the shortfall hits your inbox the second they submit. No login, no clipboard, no walking the walk-in twice.

Built by an operator, for operators.A restaurant manager built this for his crew. Now it’s open to yours.
60-second tour

See it run a Friday night close.

Know what's short before the order goes in.

The problem

The problem this fixes.

If you've run a restaurant for more than a year, you already know these. The question is what they're costing you.

Par lives in memory.

When your prep cook is out, nobody else knows the produce par. Tuesday's order gets cut. Friday runs out at 8pm.

Order sheets get lost.

The paper count from yesterday is in the office somewhere. Or it was thrown out. Or someone took it home.

You over-order anyway.

Order off a hunch and you either tie up cash in product you don't need or run out mid-service. A real count beats a guess.

What it does

What Par Level Tracker actually does.

Count with a PIN, not an account.

A 4-digit PIN on a shared tablet. Nothing to provision, no passwords floating around the line.

See the gap as you count.

Punch the on-hand number and the app shows what's below par right then. Nothing tallied by hand.

Shortfalls land in your inbox.

The moment a count's submitted, anything short emails the addresses you set. You see the hole before you're staring at an empty shelf.

Every count is saved.

A record of what was on hand and when, so a missed order isn't a mystery.

Common questions

Things operators ask before they sign up.

Is the 14-day trial really free? Do you need a card?
Yes, card required to start the trial. You're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime from your account before then with one click. No 'trial ending' upsell calls.
What happens if my internet goes out mid-shift?
Right now the tools need an internet connection to save your work, so we recommend a phone with cell data as a backup to restaurant WiFi. Offline support is on the roadmap, not yet live.
What about data security and ownership?
Your data belongs to you. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Daily off-site backups. Export your tip pool history as CSV anytime, or request a full copy of your data by email. We never share or sell operator data.
Is there training, or do I just figure it out?
Each tool has built-in how-to content and step-by-step guidance inside the app, so you and your staff can pick it up without a manual.
How do I cancel?
One click from your account page. No phone call, no retention specialist, no 'are you sure' flow. Refunds within 30 days, no questions asked.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support 7am–9pm CT every day at support@wireach.tools. Pro Suite customers also get an SMS escalation line for kitchen-down issues during service hours.
Who's behind WRI?
K. Pinckney, a restaurant operator who got tired of running a back-of-house on a clipboard and a stack of paper. He taught himself to turn every sheet into an app and built the 6 tools in WRI. Built initially for the restaurant he runs.
