1. Data ownership

Your data belongs to you. You can export your tip pool history as CSV at any time, request a full copy of your data by email, and we will never share or sell operator data.

2. Encryption

Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.

3. Backups

We run daily off-site backups of all customer data.

4. Infrastructure

The service is hosted on infrastructure providers based in the United States. Authentication and database operations run through Supabase; payments run through Stripe; transactional email runs through Resend.

5. Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue, please email support@wireach.tools with the details. We will respond within 2 business days.
