1. Data ownership
Your data belongs to you. You can export every record we hold for you as CSV at any time, and we will never share or sell operator data.
2. Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3.
3. Backups
We run daily off-site backups of all customer data.
4. Infrastructure
The service is hosted on infrastructure providers based in the United States. Authentication and database operations run through Supabase; payments run through Stripe; transactional email runs through Resend.
5. Compliance
A SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress for Q3 2026.
6. Reporting a vulnerability
