Staff Comms · Standalone or in Pro suite

One channel. Every shift. No more "I didn't see it."

Group texts get lost. Slack is overkill. Restaurant staff comms needs one thread per shift, read receipts, pinned prep notes, and a clear way to mark something as 'must-read before clock-in.'

Built by an operator, for operators. An independent restaurant manager built this for his own crew. Now it’s open to yours.
60-second tour

See it run a Friday night close.

One channel. Every shift. No missed messages.

The problem

The problem this fixes.

If you've run a restaurant for more than a year, you already know these. The question is what they're costing you.

Group texts drown things.

The "tomorrow's prep" message is buried under 30 memes by morning.

"I didn't see it."

Without read receipts, you can't tell who actually saw the menu change before service.

New hires miss everything.

They're added to a 2-year-old group chat with no scrollback. They learn by being yelled at.

What it does

What Staff Comms actually does.

One thread per shift

Each thread auto-closes 24 hours after shift end. No infinite scroll.

Read receipts

See exactly who saw what. No more "I didn't see it."

Pinned must-reads

Pin tomorrow's prep list. Staff sees it on clock-in.

Photo + voice

Send a quick voice note or a photo of the line. Faster than typing.

No phone number sharing

Staff communicate without giving out personal cell numbers.

Searchable history

Find that menu change from three weeks ago in seconds.

From operators using it

Why independents are switching from clipboards and group texts.

★★★★★

Tip pool used to take me 45 minutes after close and somebody always argued the math. Now it's three taps and everyone signs off on their phone.

The closing checklist with photo proof ended every 'who didn't lock the walk-in' fight we used to have. Worth the price for that alone.

We were paying for three different apps to do half of what this does. Switched, cut our software bill by 60%, and my staff actually uses it.

Common questions

Things operators ask before they sign up.

Is the 14-day trial really free? Do you need a card?
Yes, card required to start the trial. You're not charged until day 15, and you can cancel anytime from your account before then with one click. No 'trial ending' upsell calls.
What happens if my internet goes out mid-shift?
Every tool works offline. Closing checklists, tip pool entries, par counts, audit photos — all of it writes to your device first, then syncs when WiFi returns. Nothing is lost.
Does it integrate with my POS (Toast, Square, Clover)?
Tip pool imports tip totals from CSV exports for Toast, Square, Clover, and Lightspeed. Direct API integration with Toast is in beta — email us to join. The other tools run independently of your POS.
Can I use this for multiple locations?
All paid plans include up to 3 locations on one account. Larger groups (4+ locations) get custom pricing — email support@wireach.tools.
What about data security and ownership?
Your data belongs to you. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Daily off-site backups. Export everything as CSV anytime. We never share or sell operator data. SOC 2 Type II audit in progress for Q3 2026.
Is there training, or do I just figure it out?
Each tool has a 90-second video walkthrough inside the app, and there's a printable one-page quick-start for staff. Live training over Zoom is free for Pro Suite customers.
How do I cancel?
One click from your account page. No phone call, no retention specialist, no 'are you sure' flow. Refunds within 30 days, no questions asked.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support 7am–9pm CT every day at support@wireach.tools. Pro Suite customers also get an SMS escalation line for kitchen-down issues during service hours.
Who's behind WRI?
Keon Pinckney, an independent restaurant operator who got tired of patching together five different apps to run a back-of-house. Built initially for his own restaurant; now used by independents across the Southeast.
