Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By using WRI Suite (“the Service”) operated by Within Reach International LLC (“WRI”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Plans renew automatically until cancelled. The 14-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future billing and is effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, or interfere with other customers. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
You own the operational data you put into the Service. We process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Warranty and liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRI’s liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
